What to expect?

Here’s how the journey unfolds:

✓ Step 1 – We start with a free call. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you need, and see if we’re the right fit to work together. No pressure.

✓ Step 2 If it feels right for both of us, you’ll choose the coaching package that suits you best and make your payment.

✓ Step 3 I’ll send you a few forms and questionnaires. These help me understand your lifestyle, habits, and where you’re at right now.

✓ Step 4 Once you’ve filled everything out, we’ll book your first deep session (about 2 hours). We’ll go through my findings, and I’ll walk you through your personalised holistic program.

✓ Step 5 From there, we begin. We’ll meet once a week for a one-hour session online. We’ll talk about how you’re feeling, what’s working, and where you’re stuck. I’ll guide you with tools and practices that support you – like simple recipes, breathing exercises, meditations, or ways to shift limiting beliefs.

✓ Step 6 Every 3 to 6 weeks, we review and update your program to keep it aligned with your progress.

✓ Step 7 Every 12 weeks, we revisit some of the forms and check how far you’ve come. This helps us celebrate your wins and plan the next steps.
