I'm Oier—CHEK Practitioner, husband, dad, and lifelong learner. I help people restore balance in their bodies, minds, and lives so they can feel strong, clear, and connected again.

My journey into holistic health began the day I became a father. Holding my newborn son changed everything. I realised I couldn’t keep living on autopilot. I needed to take full responsibility for my health, my energy, and the example I was setting. That wake-up call set me on a path of deep personal change—and eventually led me here, helping others do the same.

I’m originally from the Basque Country in Spain, but I've called Australia home for over 18 years. Now based in the Blue Mountains, my wife Karina, our son Kian, and our two energetic dogs keep life full and grounded. We live close to nature and do our best to stay connected to what matters—health, family, community, and the earth.

I bring many interests into my work—movement, food, music, tech, trail running, and the CHEK approach to deep healing. I’ve spent years learning how the body, mind, and spirit all influence each other—and how real transformation starts when we stop separating them.

As a coach, I’m not here to give you a quick fix. I’m here to walk beside you as you create lasting change. Whether you’re feeling burned out, out of alignment, or just know there's more to life than what you’re living—I’ll help you get clear, get moving, and get back to yourself.

MY mission

I help people reconnect with themselves—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—so they can live with more energy, clarity, and joy.

My role is to guide, not to fix. I offer simple, practical tools to support deep change—habits that actually stick, choices that align with your values, and practices that help you feel more like you again.

Using the CHEK approach and the Six Foundation Principles—movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, breathing, and thinking—I create personalized programs that support your whole self. We don’t just treat symptoms. We look at what’s really going on—under the stress, under the habits, under the stories you’ve been living by.

My work is about helping you break old patterns, meet yourself honestly, and step into a life that feels true to who you are.

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection, alignment, and living with purpose.

MY Approach

The majority of illnesses stem from poor management of diet and lifestyle choices. However, within this challenge also lies the key to both the lessons and the solutions!

Our bodies are designed to always go back to health and find a state of homeostasis (balance). We all have an inner-guidance system for creating sustainable well-being and body-mind harmony that Paul Chek refers to as “the 4 Doctors that you will ever need”: Dr. Happy, Dr. Diet, Dr. Quiet and Dr. Movement

We just need to listen to them carefully and take action.
