Functional Health Coaching is more than just movement. I include Holistic Lifestyle Coaching in every package to support your health from multiple angles:

  • Breathing and sleep – Helping your nervous system and recovery processes stay in balance

When the body is supported physically, mentally, and emotionally, it becomes easier to make lasting changes.

A FULL-BODY ASSESSMENT THAT GOES DEEPER

We begin with a detailed assessment to understand how your body is working right now. I look at:

  • Posture and alignment – Where the body may be compensating or out of balance

  • Range of motion and mobility – Areas of restriction that could be limiting movement

  • Breathing mechanics – How your breath supports or limits your stability and energy

  • Functional movement patterns – How you move in everyday life and exercise

This assessment guides the creation of your personalized program.

A PROGRAM BUILT FOR YOUR NEEDS

Based on the findings, I create a corrective exercise plan that helps you:

  • Build strength and stability by activating the deep core and postural muscles

  • Improve alignment so your body moves more efficiently

  • Address muscular imbalances to support better function and reduce strain

  • Progress through functional strength work tailored to your goals and abilities

This approach isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about consistent, intentional work that supports real change in how your body moves and feels.

What to expect?

Here’s how the journey unfolds:

✓ Step 1 – We start with a free 30 min call. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you need, and see if we’re the right fit to work together. No pressure.

✓ Step 2 If it feels right for both of us, you’ll choose the coaching package that suits you best and make your payment.

✓ Step 3 I’ll send you a few forms and questionnaires. These help me understand your lifestyle, habits, and where you’re at right now.

✓ Step 4 Once you’ve completed the forms, we’ll book your first session (1 hour, in person). I’ll do a full-body assessment and take key measurements to understand your posture, alignment, and movement patterns.

✓ Step 5 We’ll then meet for your second session (1 hour, in person). I’ll take you through your tailored exercise program – including stretches, mobilisations, and strength work – and show you the right form, tempo, and intensity for each.

✓ Step 6 From here, we begin. We’ll meet weekly for a one-hour session, either in person or online. We’ll check in on how you’re feeling, what’s working, and what needs adjusting. We’ll also go through the exercises together and review your program.

✓ Step 7 Every 6 weeks, we review and update your program to keep it aligned with your progress.

✓ Step 8 Every 12 weeks, we repeat the forms and reassess your posture, movement, and measurements. This gives us a clear picture of your progress and helps shape the next stage of your journey.
